Peller Estates

This was my second time on a wine tour at Peller Estates. This time with my mama. My dad refuses to do any fun activities so I get to take her instead 😛
We started off the tour with some chilled sparkling wine and then we got to try their 2014 Pinot Gris [really enjoyed this one].

Ice Wine
To taste some ice wine we were taken into a cold room (-10C) to give us a sense of the temperature in which the grapes are picked.

Grill
Pulled pork sandwich with really yummy fries. Pheasant sausage with a mushroom/ arugula salad.
Wine tours are great for a day-date. Take your boyfriend, your girlfriends, or your mom, it is a day well spent 😛
