All I can say is I cannot wait to go back.

Location : Riviera Maya

Of all the All-Inclusive resorts that I have been to this is by far my favourite. I can’t say enough about how clean this resort was. The grounds were immaculate. The landscape was green, blooming, and beautifully designed.

One thing I was upset about was the beach. While the beach itself was awesome the waves made it hard to swim and the rocks made it hard to go in. I’m not too fond of public swimming pools so it was a little disappointing that the water was too rough at the beach.

Inside our room

These sculptures were throughout the hallways of the villas.

Our ‘backyard’ views.

Trip

I was dying to go snorkeling but didn’t get the chance to (NEXT YEAR !) Instead we went on a cultural excursion to learn a little bit more about history in beautiful Tulum and the Mayan people. Speaking of Tulum the beaches there are so breathtaking.

Underwater Cenote. It’s freshwater. The villagers were very keen on washing off our sunscreen as it can shift the microbiome of the water and cause the species living there to die.

Beach

I was so pale when we arrived I was bound to get a sunburn. And I did. Don’t forget to reapply after going in the water hahah. I was in so much pain. I was the same colour as my red and purple bikinis.

The sunscreen I used was JUICE BEAUTY SPF 30 Sport Sunscreen
I loved it as it had a high Zinc Oxide content.

This purple bikini is from Zara, I payed under $50 for both pieces. I must say I prefer strapless bikinis for tanning purposes and I find they look most flattering on my body type.

Bikini is from Twenty Sauce. Love their simplicity and the variety of shapes.
